Design Packages & Deliverables
We offer design packages that can give an idea of how much the project may be. Each project will have its own pricing structure depending on the scope and project complexity.
To give an idea a room starts at $600 for a 3D drawing which includes selections that you already may have in mind. But if you were to want a drawing for a kitchen or bath remodel it would start at $2000 to base on selections we come up with and budget for you.
Construction Plan Review
We work with your contractor or builder to review electrical plans, cabinetry plans, and any space planning that may need to change in order for your vision to ultimately flow throughout the home.
Interior Finishes & Selection Sourcing
Together we will work to choose materials that will elevate your home to fully show the design intended. To the tiniest detail such as choosing a grout color or a schluter size to trim out tile, we will work on these things so you don’t have to feel lost.
Project Management & Install
We will place all the orders needed and keep on top of vendors to make sure anything out of stock or backordered doesn’t get missed and help you re-select if needed to make sure installation is done on time. This ensures a stress-free transition from making the final orders and to finally moving in!
